Crohn's disease is a chronic autoimmune disease of the gut. Many communications focus on its most well-known symptom – the frequent need to use the toilet. But Crohn’s is an invisible disease, with hidden symptoms that go far deeper than this. Unpredictable, spontaneous flares can strike at any moment, bringing pain and fatigue that seriously impacts patients' lives. ​

​So we developed a TV ad that brought these experiences to life – it’s hard to trust your gut when you have Crohn’s disease. The ad demonstrated the unpredictable nature of a Crohn’s flare and the serious emotional and physical impact the disease can have. ​
